Age Concern Costa Calida
Age Concern Costa Calida offers problem solving for the over 50´s through its advice and information, befriending, hospital and care home visiting and medical equipment hire. It is managed wholly by unpaid volunteers. All services to the community are free, but they are not an emergency service, nor can they offer caring, nursing or domestic work. Phones lines times are advertised on the Facebook link on this page and are staffed during the times advertised. If volunteers are busy they will call back.
The regular social meetings and most activity take place in the Camposol area of Mazarron, however coverage also extends to other neighbouring areas including the Mar Menor, depending on availability of volunteers. In addition, general helpline information on support for older people in the Murcia region overall can be given.
