British Benevolent Association – Girona
The British Benevolent Association for the Province of Girona (BBA) provides practical help and support to any British national living in, staying in or passing through the province of Girona and its Costa Brava. The practical help is provided through a network of volunteers across the region and supported by donations and fundraising events. Whilst the British Consular Service is there to provide formal and emergency support to its nationals abroad, the BBA can provide longer term and informal assistance, which can include everything from home visits to the elderly, to practical help with local agencies, shopping or even dog walking where the owner is temporarily incapacitated.
The BBA will be pleased to hear from you whether you need some help, know someone who does or just have a query about the BBA and its activities. Emails are checked regularly, however the Association does not provide an emergency service.
