Based in Madrid but can be applied for via partner organisations. This is a fund for last resort cases e.g. applicants will not be accepted if they have savings, or friends/family who could assist. There are specific criteria in order to become a beneficiary (see website). They may fund the following: repatriation costs, one time grants (e.g. for mobility aids, carers, or medical care), & short term financial relief.
