Cocaine Anonymous Spain
Cocaine Anonymous Spain can help people deal with addiction that could be related to cocaine or any other mind-altering substance, such as alcohol or other drugs, through helping put them in touch with other English-speaking people in Spain who have also experienced the same.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances. There are no fees for membership and the group is fully self-supporting through their own contributions. See their website for full details.
There is a helpline for phone calls and Whatsapp messages which can take messages in English from people around Spain. There are also in-person meetings in a few places. See website for latest details (currently (June 2023) meetings on Costa Blanca North and Costa del Sol).
