Help International Benidorm is a registered charitable organisation providing help to residents and visitors of all nationalities in emergencies, times of need and illness. Help operates in English though many of its volunteers speak Spanish and new members are always welcome of any nationality.

The website holds comprehensive information, including a directory of local services. Main services from the volunteers of Help Benidorm focus on welfare, such as helping somebody in a health emergency, visiting housebound people and helping with taking people to hospital. They can also help with interpretation or translation to those in need, including in hospital, as well as information on how to apply for benefits. The group also can assist with the loan of wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.
