The Balearic Island regional government under its IBDona department offers a comprehensive service of confidential support for victims of gender or family violence, and their families. The number operates 24 hours a day, including for emergencies. Translation software is used to ensure calls can be taken in English and other languages. They are able to help point callers to other organisations as well.
