La Sopa Social Services Centre
The Reception and Social Services Centre “La Sopa” is a social and welfare centre aimed at the homeless population or those in a situation of severe poverty or exclusion. It is primarily aimed at people in the city of Girona or surrounding district. They can provide useful guidance and help. People in other parts of Girona province should approach their local council social services department first. Apart from the reception service, the centre offers a food distribution service, canteen service, showers and laundry.
